Since our beginnings in a small butcher in the town of Sils, we have been making boiled hams and sausages with the goal of producing the highest quality for those we love. Fine charcuterie with the utmost flavour, aroma and texture.
We offer a range of select products that can be identified by the label: 100% Duroc, Duroc, Large White, Catalana, Turkey and Bacon.
