        Peas and Mont-Corb extra ham
        
        
          
            Ingredients
            
									- - 1Kg of peas
 
									- - 1 spring onion, chopped
 
									- - ½ bunch of garlic shoots
 
									- - 50gr of Mont-Corb extra ham, diced
 
									- - 1 bay leaf, water, black pepper and salt
 
				            
           
          
         
       
    
    
      
        Preparation
        Brown the onion, garlic and Mont-Corb pernil cuit extra ham in a frying pan with extra virgin olive oil for 5 minutes. Then add the peas and bay leaf. Lightly salt and pepper, add 1 glass of water, cover the pan and bring it to the boil. Simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat and serve when ready.
