Mont-Corb Extra Cooked Ham Rolls with Shrimp Salad
Ingredients
- - 200 gr. of prawns, cooked
- - 6 slices of Mont-Corb pernil cuit extra ham
- - 2 hard-boiled eggs
- - 1 potato, boiled
- - Mayonnaise, lettuce and salt
Preparation
Dice the potato, hard-boiled eggs and prawns. Season with the mayonnaise and a pinch of salt. Fill the slices of Mont-Corb pernil cuit extra with the chopped filling and lettuce. Roll them up and serve on a plate. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
