Ham and Potato Cannelloni

Ingredients

  • - 8 Slices of Mont-Corb Ham
  • - 125 gr. of instant mashed potatoes
  • - 200 ml. of milk
  • - 200 ml. of water
  • - 50 gr. of butter
  • - 200 gr. of Artur Piquet pâté
  • - 350 gr. of tomato sauce
  • - Grated cheese
  • - Salt and black pepper

Preparation

Heat the milk and water in a saucepan. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the instant mashed potatoes. Stir constantly until it starts to boil and thicken. Then remove from the heat and add the butter. Stir again until blended and let cool slightly.

Meanwhile, lay the slices of Mont-Corb Pernil cuit extra ham on a worktop. Spread the Artur Piquet pâté on each slice and place a couple of tablespoons of purée. Fold one end of the slice of ham over the potatoes and roll it up to the opposite end. Repeat for the other slices. Put the cannelloni on the tray with a little tomato sauce. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and put it in the oven at 200º until the cheese melts and takes on a golden hue.
