Courgette pie, with Mont-Corb Extra Ham and cheese


  • - 1 courgette
  • - Slices of Mont-Corb Extra ham
  • - Cheese slices
  • - 3 eggs
  • - Pepper and salt


Clean and thinly slice the courgette and place it on a baking tray in layers: courgette, Mont-Corb ham and cheese.

Then add the beaten eggs, salt and pepper, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake until the pie sets.
